Digitisation and Restoration

Printree offers a full range of image restoration services to the public and to trade customers with their own artworks or specific requirements:

• Digitisation of art works and old photographs by digital photography or scanning

• Restoration of digital art files and photography

• Image enlargement to produce large format prints as canvases or framed pictures

• Conversion of colour images to black and white

• Photo Art Effects - Pop Art, Charcoal, Colour Palette, Colour Highlight, Sepia and Collages

• Large format giclee printing from your own photography.

After scanning and origination, the next step is to proof the image on-screen using a colour calibrated monitor to compare the image with the original artwork. When we are happy with the result we will provide a small printed proof of the artwork for review.

We must ask that you complete a ‘Disclaimer’ to acknowledge you have the legal right to reproduce the artwork.
