Prices and Delivery

All online prices are shown here in pounds sterling and are subject to VAT at the prevailing UK rate. 

Payment Terms

For Retail customers payments are requested at the time of placing the order.

For Trade customers our standard terms will apply. On your first order we ask for payment at the time of placing the order by cheque, cash or by credit or debit card (via PayPal). For subsequent orders we are happy to discuss credit terms typically for payment 30 days from date of invoice.

Cheques should be made payable to Createonline Limited.

Delivery

You can chose to have your prints delivered by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or by courier. We will advise of the particular delivery charge before delivery. We can usually turn around print orders within a week and if they are particularly urgent, often quicker.

Orders can be collected from our offices in Bletchley Park, Milton Keynes if this is more practicable.
